Heaven sent!! Dr Vance is doing the work of angels and most likely with the help of them! I truly can’t express my gratitude for the care I have received by him and his entire team. I have felt safe to be seen. That’s a big deal in my world.🙏 My results in less than a year are astounding. I’ve lost 35 lbs. and gained healthy energy. I feel like I can live my life again. For the most part, I even feel like people around me are less annoying😁 I am coping with difficult emotions I had lost capacity to deal with for awhile, and my chronic pain is gone! Update: I just wanted to update to say, again, how truly grateful I am for Dr Vance and his team. After years of being so sick I was practically bedridden, it’s only been 10 months with Dr Vance and I am being able to participate in life in ways I thought I never would again!!! I am enjoying time with my family and even doing things like cooking meals and driving myself places. I cannot express enough what a blessing Dr Vance is! He never gives up on you and always seems to have something helpful! He is always looking for ways to learn more and do more for his patients. He has even helped my husband, who has some severe issues that no one has been able to improve! And, as always, his whole team is so full of warmth and kindness. I always leave their office feeling valued and well-cared for!

I have struggled with chronic fatigue, pain, thyroid issues, PCOS, fibromyalgia, and adrenal fatigue for years, and chronic lower back pain for a long time. I have tried many and various treatments with limited effect. I really didn’t see how I would ever get better. However, after my first visit with Dr. Vance, I came away with something I had not had in years…. HOPE! Hope that, truly, I could get better and be free again!
I heard about them from a friend of mine who told me about how he had healed intractable knee pain in her husband, pain in her shoulder, and had done wonderful things for both of them for other health issues they had. I decided to take the leap and try it.
I just started working with Dr Vance and his team a few weeks ago, and I have already experienced beautiful changes and improvements in my body. I have more energy, I move more freely, I breathe more easily, I rest better. In just 2 PEP treatments my chronic back pain is probably about 40% better. Almost every visit he has done some form of Neural Reflex Therapy… I was living in pain so much that I didn’t even realize how much pain I was carrying around in my body, until he helped me be more free.
I already have some improvement in my energy levels and ability to rest with the treatments and supplements he has prescribed. He is the first Medical Doctor who has ever been able to help me in these areas.
He does these amazing breathing treatments – it’s like when your nose has been clogged and then suddenly opens up and you can breathe freely… except it’s your lungs! I usually become aware of my breath throughout the day or week when I realize I am struggling to breath. But, after just my first breathing treatment with Dr. Vance, I spent the next several days marveling at how freely and easily breath could come in and out of my body. I had no idea how restricted my breathing was until I did one of these treatments.
Dr. Vance is one of those rare doctors that really listens, takes in what you are saying, believes you about what you are experiencing, and is willing to walk with you on your individual journey of healing. He is thorough with the labs while gathering information, but understands that is one part of the puzzle, not the entirety – He treats his patients, not the labs, and your symptoms and experiences are key. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and has many tools and therapies to draw from as he taylors his recommendations to your specific needs. He is also kind, caring, and compassionate, and has a calm presence.
The rest of the Vance Medical Team is also truly amazing – Ta’Shanna, LaNita, Melinda, and Larene. Each one of them shines with a peaceful, caring, welcoming presence. They are professional, efficient, and adept at what they do. They are also kind, fun, and have beautiful smiles – which you often see. Obviously, working at Vance Medical is a lovely place to be and they seem to truly enjoy being there and working together.
I praise the Lord for leading me to Dr. Vance and Vance Medical practice. I am so grateful for the healing I have already experienced, and am looking forward to the continued healing to come!

I have been seeing Dr Vance for a few years now. Mainly for my thyroid issues. Last year I broke both legs and I was struggling with pain in both my rt knee and left ankle. He was able to help me tremendously with the Pain Elimination Protocol. Now I can work on building strength and endurance in those legs.
